NOVAIR announces the opening of three Service Centers in Nigeria, Ivory Coast, and Kenya. These new subsidiaries aim at providing strong, responsive, and efficient local & regional Technical Support to NOVAIR customers, distributors, and partners within the African continent.
With these new Service Centers, NOVAIR wants to guarantee the maintenance and proper functioning in the long run of its oxygen plants and equipment installed all around Africa. To this end, these new Service Centers will employ local and itinerant service engineers and technicians, all highly experimented in NOVAIR equipment. Each center will retain a good inventory of spare parts immediately available locally and regionally to efficiently minimize downtime and ensure preventive and curative maintenance within the shortest possible time.
After the opening of its latest large logistics platform recently inaugurated in the Paris region, NOVAIR is once again affirming its desire to greatly invest to strengthen its infrastructures and teams of technical experts with one goal: providing highly efficient pre and after-sales service that is constantly improving.
The three subsidiaries will be operational by the end of the first quarter of 2023.
