NOVAIR announces the opening of three service centers in Nigeria, the Ivory Coast, and Kenya. These new subsidiaries aim to provide strong, responsive, and efficient local and regional technical support to NOVAIR’s customers, distributors, and partners on the African continent.

With these new service centers, NOVAIR aims to guarantee the long-term maintenance and proper functioning of its oxygen production units and related equipment installed throughout Africa. To this end, these new Service Centers will employ local and traveling service engineers and technicians, all of whom are highly experienced in NOVAIR equipment. Each center will have a stock of spare parts immediately available locally and regionally in order to effectively minimize downtime and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance in the shortest possible time.

Following the recent opening of its latest large logistics platform, recently inaugurated in the Paris region, NOVAIR is once again affirming its commitment to investing heavily in strengthening its infrastructure and teams of technical experts with one goal in mind: to provide high-performance, constantly improving pre- and after-sales service.

The three subsidiaries will be operational by the end of the first quarter of 2023.
