NOVAIR, the global leader in on-site gas production systems, is very proud to announce the acquisition of OGSI – Oxygen Generating Systems Intl., effective January 1, 2022.

OGSI is a US-based manufacturer of industrial and medical oxygen generators located in Buffalo, NY.

OGSI offers a wide range of oxygen generators, specially designed for demanding applications such as emergency medicine, healthcare facilities, and semiconductor manufacturing. Designed in full compliance with American standards, OGSI solutions are distributed throughout the United States and internationally.

As a member of the NOVAIR group, OGSI and the US market now have access to a wide range of high-end solutions that complement existing product lines, including PSA industrial and medical oxygen and nitrogen generators, high-pressure oxygen cylinder filling systems, and medical air and vacuum systems. Further synergies are also expected thanks to NOVAIR’s services and engineering expertise, which are now recognized worldwide.

With installations in more than 150 countries, this acquisition strengthens NOVAIR’s global presence and production capacity, with a new foothold in a country as important as the United States. NOVAIR is thus taking a major step forward in definitively establishing itself as the world leader in on-site gas production systems.

The entire NOVAIR team based in France and Italy is delighted to welcome the OGSI teams to the group and is looking forward to this exciting collaboration. What a great way for all of us to start 2022!
