Job description

As part of our development, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager, responsible for the purchasing and logistics departments. Reporting to the General Management, you will ensure the integrity and optimisation of flows between suppliers, the company and customers. Your missions aim to synchronise and optimise all the different links in the company's supply chain. Your objectives are the respect of delivery deadlines, the optimization of cost prices and the quality of manufactured products.

Your main tasks
- Internal project management for process optimisation and digitalisation
- Coordination and synchronization of all supply chain activities with production activities
- Control of order status
- Controlling and managing inventory levels to the lowest possible level
- Management of the purchasing department (3 people including 1 manager) and supplier relations. Coordination of the purchasing strategy with our other subsidiaries.
- Management of the logistics department (reception/store/shipping - 4 people including 1 manager).
- Implementation and monitoring of performance indicators. Reporting to General Management.

Required profile

With an engineering school background, you have at least 7 years of experience in similar positions, with a first successful experience as a manager . You are recognized for your operational efficiency and interpersonal skills. You are distinguished by your ability to unite your team around a common goal. Rigorous and organized, you speak fluent English and are very comfortable with computers.
